11 am: We later got a call, and he gave us some line about the electrician not showing up to do his part and assured us work would start tomorrow.
2pm: Door and window guy calls and says that he can't possibly start yet. Just not possible. Richard (first time I've seen him be a bit forceful, in his way) told him that it MUST start because the appraiser was coming out Tuesday to see the house and the wood floors were also scheduled for Wednesday. Door guy insists, Richard insists . . . door guys says he'll call Ghiotto.
4 pm: Door guy calls and says that he will come tomorrow, but only to complete top floor. Other work will have to wait a couple of days.
When we showed up today at about 11 am, they were working, but not on the top floor where the wood needs to go.
Meantime we talk to electrician who assures us that he was there waiting for them bright and early Monday morning -- it wasn't about him at all.
What are you going to do?
The good news? The doors and windows are just perfect! The window doors were hung but are still missing glass and the frame.

And my handles -- perfect as well!

She, too, is perfect in pink.
