Pea Festival Starts this Weekend

We have a full weekend, so we won't be able to make it. We should be able to catch it next weekend. Ferruccio's peas are looking good. Though, today we had a hot and sunny day -- not good for the peas, but great for the cherries. I learned that he is growing these peas solely for the seeds this year. (I think that he may others in the nearby hills for eating.) He has been wonderfully kind to us.
