I've been visiting places like this a lot lately, dragging Mr. Duncan & Madelyn along with me. I remember absolutely hating to have to go to the nursery in Gramercy with my mom: "Oh, we'll only be a minute. Hush. Quit complaining." She always seemed to stop while coming from or going to someplace else (likely as she taxied me around), so there wasn't any avoiding it.
Yep. I remember that quite well. . . especially as I say to Mr. Duncan & Madelyn: "Oh, we'll only be a minute. Hush. Quit complaining," as we make quick stops coming from or going to someplace else.
