If you like, you can read a bit about this classic Italian gem here. I can tell you that they have flooded the streets of Vicenza, and, yes, I'd love to have one. With gas prices above $6.00 per gallon and high sales and road taxes, it just really makes more sense to drive a small, fuel-efficient car. Most Italians that I know do so. There is none with as much style or panache as the Fiat 500, which made its great comeback in 2007 after being out of production for many years.

However. . . . . the "mode of transportation" currently highest on my wish list can be found here; talks have become serious in our household as of late.
