Before Christmas we ordered some things from Arte Bagno Veneta, hoping to take a DIY approach. The fixtures and such arrived, and we put off mounting them for a couple of weeks. Friends volunteered to help, but. . . in the end. . . drilling in tile scares us.
Luckily, Riccardo and Nicola, the guys who did our kitchen and wardrobes, came by Saturday to wrap up some unfinished business in the kitchen. We enlisted their help -- professionals.

I really like the results. I may need to change the stainless faucet on this sink, though. We'll see. I am now looking for a piece of furniture for the space between the sink and toilet but am otherwise finished with this space.
By the way, if you are need of a kitchen, wardrobes, bookshelves, bedroom furniture, bathroom stuff. . . .almost anything, really, these two guys are pretty amazing. They bring tons of catalogs and ideas into your home, measure the space, order the stuff, deliver and install -- all at a pretty decent price. They can provide any quality of product. Their service is top notch. They hate IKEA. I don't tell them that I'm okay with IKEA.
