Really, you just have to taste this to understand the hype. There is just no way around it. Period. And no. . .that stuff you buy in the grocery or from the cheese guy here, there, and yonder is not the same. . .not even close. Believe me. . . we've tried, a lot.
Lucky for me, Mr. Duncan makes at least one trip a year to Napoli. I get my fix. This particular fix was so good that I am considering a trip to Napoli myself . . . right now time is not on my side, however. Bummer.

You're right. That cheese...it's just one of those things that cannot be explained. I crave it. Thankfully, it has been so long, plain old fresh mozzarella does the trick.
