It was previously unfinished because it doesn't exactly pass the building code.
The time limit for the official inspection has passed, so we can continue.

It's the tiniest of rooms, located just next to the kitchen. It doesn't have the required antibagno, which is a little room before the bathroom. (to catch the germs?)
It'll probably take me another six months for a light and mirror and such.
By the way -- those things for the other bathrooms, which were sort of promised before Christmas -- umm, they have yet to arrive.
Such is life.
Living in Italy is a constant lesson in patience.
