Slowly.
Funny how life gets in the way of things like perfectly finishing a house.
My friend DW often reminds me to "loosen up" because "the house isn't going anywhere." You have "lots of time."
Difficult task for me = loosen up . . . BUT, I am working on it.
This is the first in a series of posts on house updates.
Here we have the taverna, or basement. We do have plans for this space, but it has been somewhat neglected.
That huge hole in the ceiling is for the future fireplace. Mr. Duncan just recently finished unpacking his music stuff.
The taverna is heated with this. It works in coordination with the heating system. Somehow water runs through it. I think it blows.
The door between the taverna & garage has yet to be mounted. Someone is supposedly coming Tuesday to finish this.
We'll see.
