Wagons

There is nothing that says “American” more than a Radio Flyer wagon. (Well, of course there are many things – like peanut butter, BenGay, Excedrin, Halloween, brownies, cappuccinos after dinner -- more on those things another time.)  I think that some Italians recognize the wagons from movies and TV – but I’ve never seen one in an Italian store.  I love the ingenious idea of Mattia to cart around the girls, who completely enjoyed being dragged around like two little princesses as they read their stories.  They even acted the part perfectly as they barked orders at the driver if he came too close to the cherry tree.

 

The tree in question – is now home to a basketball goal.  Gotta love it!
