The realtor called. The architect will deliver the "Richiesta di Abitilita" directly to the notaio tomorrow. It seems that after we left her office, she made a few phone calls: the realtor, the architect, the bank. She is good. I wonder if she would mind giving the tile guy a call to come out and finish the stairs.


They put the double-paned glass in some of the windows today:

Glassless here, but you can get the idea of the look; these are still missing the finish work around the frame and the glass.
