We have the keys. We are officially the owners of an incredible mortgage. Go ahead and convert 285,000 euro, or rather 315,000 euro to dollars. . . all for a small (by American standards, anyway) apartment lost in the Veneto.
Perhaps I'll have time later to share the closing experience.
