Tonight we spent quite a bit of time with F's wife M. She is quite the character - full of spunk and opinions. She reminds us often that we need to "spungare il culo." Apparently this is Veneto dialect for "kicking people in the ass" to get them to work on the house. Just talking about it must have worked because the very next day the guy started finishing the venziana followed by the team to install the tiles and the guy to prepare for laying the wood stairs.
Oh by the way this is Richard making my blog debut. Dana has been getting on my case to participate in the blog. I don't why - she does such a good job.
