Property Value

I suppose the good news is that the property value of the place has already increased roughly 30,000 Euro since last August (according to the real estate agent). Vicenza is expanding, and, well, there is not much land left in other directions -- so the current popular area of expansion is where we bought. There is also a new, significant motorway that is being built that will connect the area to. . . .well, I don't really know, but I understand that it is a big deal to those interested.
