I don't usually write much about the exact costs of things. BUT. . .the price of this itty, bitty, cucina is about ten thousand Euro. Okay, so it is a rough estimate; let's hope that it is very rough. These types of "accesories," the kitchen, the light fixtures, an armadio (closet system) for each bedroom, the bathroom extras like towel racks and mirrors, etc. are not included in the purchase price of the house. We aren't sure that we'll be able to get them included in the mortgage either.
