summer sunday: edenton, nc

Many moons ago when Mr. Duncan was an undergraduate, he did his student teaching in the quaint coastal town of Edenton, North Carolina;  this was his first visit since then.  Believe me, I heard:  "Things have changed," over and over and over again.  I would imagine that in a place like this that certain things have stayed the same as much as others have changed.  It is, nonetheless, beautiful.

Summer Sunday?
Wow.
We've just come down from a super-busy summer, and while I've tried to blog it a bit, I haven't had a chance to share many of the images, the hundreds of images I captured. I blog to share images, often to tell stories through images. I'm starting my own series: Summer Sunday; it may run short, may run long....may be regular, may be sporadic. So, if you stop by for a Sunday visit, be prepared.

Dana... I knew you were from this area, but I suppose I didn't know exactly where. We stopped here after visiting ECU -- the man's alma mata.
