Yesterday when we stopped by (a little late at 4:45) to pick Maddy up from asilo, we were informed that she actually wouldn't be ready to leave until 5:30 because her massage was scheduled for 5:00.
Massage?
Si. Maddy's Shiatsu massage is scheduled for 5:00 on Wednesdays. Oh, it's not extra -- just part of the tuition you already pay signora.
How is that fair? She is 4.5 years old.
She did come out of that little room happy as a clam & had a rather good evening. After her bath she told me that she wants to be a "massage teacher" when she grows up. Translation: I really, really enjoyed that massage. Good for you Baby Girl, good for you.
