The Front Patio Saga

Last weekend we bought jasmine for the front patio, but decided not to plant it because the iron still needs to be painted. (Why it isn't already painted is a mystery to me. Though, we do see it in it's unfinished steel state quite often. "in ferro forgiato e zincato a caldo" ~ drop-forged and warm galvanized ~

Not sure what all of that means. . . but I do know that Ghiotto made quite a deal of the quality of it.

Anyhow, we tried our hand at painting it, and quickly decided to hire someone else to do it.



He'll be painting soon. I put in the plants and will tie them to the fence once he is done.


The cypress are at the front door for now.
