The architect registered the house with the town over 20 days ago. The commune has not yet responded. This is holding up the closing on the mortgage. A friend told me that mortgage rates are set to increase.
After the confusion with the power and gas and water -- the water is connected. We are still waiting on the others. This is holding up the wood floor on the top level.
