And it is just lovely. The sawdust (?) is there to draw out any moisture in the air. Look at that shine! We are happy that we selected this over tile.

Our beautiful door is back!

I never imagined the work involved in creating this floor. When compared to tile (which took less than three days to complete in our taverna & garage) it was quite a process. Let's cross our fingers that the heating system underneath it functions properly. I never asked that "what if."

They also finished reworking the stairs from the taverna to the first floor.
