Richard and Massimo

Richard described his meeting with Massimo to me. Massimo immediately took him seriously when he reminded him of the conversation we all had on the contract signing when I asked the "what happens if it isn't done by the end of April 2008," question and everyone (some insulted) assured me that it would be. Massimo will get involved a little. If things don't progress a bit more swiftly, then we will ask for a penalty to be paid. (My guess is that there will always be some valid excuse and that we will never see any penalty money.) We'll see. In the meantime, we have extended our lease in our current apartment until the end of July.
