Property Value

The registered property value for the purpose of taxes is about 85,000 Euro. Good news. 10 percent of 85,000 is much more easy to swallow than 10 percent of 285,000 Euro. So far. . . we haven't heard any news that we are not subjected to this new tax for foreigners; actually, we're not so sure how new this tax actually is. Perhaps people have been paying it and not quite understanding the purpose of it.
