After living in the Veneto region of Italy for 3 years, we have decided to purchase a house in a town (tiny, sleepy little town) called Lumignano; it is actually a half of a house (bifamiliare). We have a long way to go before we are able to move. The outside shots are a bit deceptive, giving the impression that the house is ready. It is more of a shell with a completely unfinished inside. We have agreed to purchase the left side of the house (as seen in the first picture).
Next week we meet along with the realtor and builder to sign the final contract.
